Founded in December 2004, J Street Development has dual, yet well-matched goals:

- To positively affect the community by initiating strategic alliances with community
organizations where the company is engaged.
Bruce Baschuk and Jay Bothwell have over five decades of commercial real estate experience
in the Washington metropolitan area, are co-founders of the Company.
