For Immediate Release- Washington, DC – June 16, 2009- Woodmark, an affiliate of The J Street Companies, today announced that CACI International, Inc., a leading professional services and IT solutions company, has renewed its 21,800 square foot lease for five years at 6933 Gateway Court in Manassas, Virginia in a deal valued at just over $1 million.
Woodmark Senior Vice President and head of the Company’s Northern Virginia office, Tom McHugh, said, “CACI’s renewal at Gateway Court is indicative of the underlying resilience within the Northern Virginia market, particularly for flexible, well-managed properties in key locations, such as this one.”
Gateway Court (Gateside LLC) is a 55,000 square foot flex commercial two-building complex located on Balls Ford Road in Manassas, Virginia. The project, which is highly visible from I-66, provides 16 foot ceilings and drive-in loading docks in each bay. It is zoned M-2, Light industrial. The project will have additional space availability in the coming weeks as Sears, a tenant of 18 years, will be closing its retail repair branch in a national consolidation effort. Tenants in this project, along with CACI, include Northrop Grumman, Suburban Pest Services, Leaf Filter, Pride HVAC, Kratos Mid Atlantic, Red line Events and Falken Industries.
