Woodmark Commercial Services announced today the signing of two leases at 1100 G Street, NW. Recovery Support Services renewed for 9,084 square feet and Logistics Systems expanded another 2,246 square feet for a total of 5,318 square feet in the 110,000 square foot, 11 story building. 1100 G Street is owned by a venture comprised of an investment fund advised by the U.S. real estate business of UBS Global Asset Management and J Street Development and the building is leased and managed by Woodmark Commercial Services.
1100 G Street is strategically located at Metro Center, on the southwest corner of 11th & G Streets, NW, with appealing 10,000 square foot floor plates. The property is one of few in the Washington Metro area to be within walking distance from all five Metrorail lines, has a high window ratio and a low core factor. A renovation begun in 2009 includes upgrades and restorations to the exterior façade and entry, main lobby, common area corridors and restrooms. Suites ranging in size from 1,000 to 10,000 square feet remain available in the building.
