Washington, DC – July 12, 2018 – The J Street Companies, on behalf of the ownership at 555 4^th Street, NW, has signed the Offices of the United States Attorneys (USAO) of the Department of Justice to a 345,776 square foot lease extension at 555 4^th Street, NW in Washington, DC. The USAO has been in the building since J Street managed the tenant’s build-out in 1986, with J Street then facilitating the purchase of the building by the current ownership in 1987 and managing the property for that client in the 23 years since.

J Street’s Stan Ferenc and Alex Green represented the landlord.
