IDI is relocating to Courthouse after more than 20 years in Rosslyn. IDI is family owned and pioneered mixed-use development more than forty years ago, beginning with The Watergate and including Leisure World in Maryland and Northern Virginia as well as many other landmark projects. Currently IDI is developing several mixed-use projects including the Watermark Condominium on the Alexandria Waterfront, the re-development of Paul VI High School in Fairfax and the 2.7 million sf Huntington Club re-development at the Huntington Metro Station. IDI’s affiliated retail company, Malena Fashion Boutique, will also be moving to Courthouse at the ground floor of Colonial Place I.
