The J Street Companies represented leading healthcare solutions provider, Alteon Health LLC, in a new 24,336 square foot lease at Milestone Business Park at 12420 Milestone Center Drive in Germantown, MD. The move to Milestone Business Park, from the firm’s prior location on Century Boulevard, represents a 43% expansion in the company footprint and provides their employees with a modern, updated environment.
